Somer DelSignore, DNP, MSN, BC-PNP

Thursday

Somer DelSignore, DNP, MSN, BC-PNP, is a board-certified pediatric clinician, founder of Hudson Valley Integrative Health in Beacon, New York, and an advocate for root-cause medicine. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, she works with children whose multisystem symptoms have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or fragmented by the conventional medical model.

Dr. DelSignore focuses on complex chronic conditions, including Lyme disease and tick-borne coinfections, PANS/PANDAS, mast cell activation, mold-driven illness, post-viral and post-COVID syndromes, and autoimmune presentations that do not quite fit the textbook.

Board-certified and trained under Dr. Richard Horowitz and Dr. Kenneth Bock, Dr. DelSignore holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and SUNY Upstate Medical University. She became a critic of conventional fragmentation from inside the exam room after years of watching the same multisystem patterns arrive in her clinic without a clear framework to explain them. She is a product of the system she critiques.

Her practice began in pediatrics, including caring for children whose personalities seemed to change overnight following an infection, and grew into a comprehensive pediatric practice addressing complex chronic illness in patients who had already seen multiple specialists.

Dr. DelSignore developed the R.E.S.E.T. protocol, a ten-category framework for diagnosing and treating immune dysfunction and formalizing the sequencing that root-cause care requires. Her clinical signature is multisystem thinking: how infection load shapes mood, how gut function shapes cognition, and how environmental burden shapes immune response.

Through her clinical practice, teaching, writing, and speaking, Dr. DelSignore works to demystify complex, multispecialty medical histories and translate them into frameworks that parents and patients can understand and use.
