Susan McCamish, CTN is a Certified Traditional Naturopath based in California. She is a Board-Certified Naturopath with the American Naturopathic Medical and Accreditation Board (ANMAB) and a Certified Nutritional Consultant with the American Association of Nutritional Consultants (AANC). Susan is an Herbalist with a well-deserved reputation for creating effective, high-quality herbal formulas for people with chronic complex illnesses. Joseph J. Burrascano Jr., MD saw many patients with seemingly mysterious conditions in the 1980s. It was then that he collaborated with key colleagues including Alan MacDonald, Willy Burgdorfer, Bernard Berger, and others to work out the clinical details of Lyme disease: presentation, laboratory features and diagnosis, and the very earliest meaningful studies on treatment. The culmination of this body of work is his now-classic monograph “Diagnostic Hints and Treatment Guidelines on Lyme Disease”. It has been suggested that this work formed the basis of the modern, currently accepted view of Lyme and related tick-borne diseases, including how difficult it can be to diagnose and treat and the wide spectrum of its potential presentations. He was a founding member and director of both the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) and its educational arm, the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Educational Foundation (ILADEF). Dr. Burrascano closed his practice several years ago and began work in the biotech arena as a research project analyst and occasional project manager.

Ann F. Corson, MD obtained her MD degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 1982 and has been board certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. Her solo practice in Philadelphia, PA was devoted full time to the treatment of patients suffering from all forms of chronic disease. Dr. Corson has been a member of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) since 2003. She has studied with Dr. Joe Burrascano and Dr. Charles Ray Jones. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in treating tick-borne illness and is passionate about finding solutions for her patients. She has been a key part of TFIM since its inception.

Amy Derksen, ND is a former competitive athlete and Naturopathic Physician with a full scope of practice in Washington State since 2003. She did her undergraduate studies in biochemistry and her medical post-graduate training with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD for over 2 years. She specializes in working with both Autism and chronically ill patients, including Lyme disease. She is one of the first Naturopathic Physicians to become a Fellow with the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs, working to broaden her skills for working with autism. She has additional training in PANS/PANDAS, ILADS, mold illness, genetics/methylation, LDA/LDI allergy treatments, peptide therapies for recovery and BHRT. As someone who struggles with an autoimmune disease and recovery from significant post-COVID reactions in 2021 extending to now, she can relate with the frustrations when your body no longer feels like something you no longer have control over.

Marie Matheson, ND is a naturopathic doctor and co-founder of BioHeal Ottawa, a naturopathic and multidisciplinary health clinic specializing in complex chronic illnesses. Neil Nathan, MD, has been practicing medicine for over 50 years, and has been Board Certified in Family Practice and Pain Management. He is a Founding Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine and ISEAI. His most recent books are The Sensitive Patient’s Healing Guide and the 2nd edition of his best-selling Toxic: Heal Your Body from Mold Toxicity, Lyme Disease, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and Chronic Environmental Illness. He is no longer in clinical practice, but continues to provide consultations to patients and their physicians, and to provide an ongoing mentorship program for 300 physicians and to teach nationally and internationally.

Kristine Profeta, MD is the director of the Gedroic Medical Institute and newly established Profeta Medical Institute. She attended Harvard University as an undergraduate and medical school at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Profeta completed her internship at Cornell University in NYC, followed by a residency in Family Practice at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ. She later completed a fellowship at the University of Arizona in Integrative Medicine.  She is a Fellow of the American Board of Family Medicine, as well as the American Board of Integrative Medicine. She serves as volunteer faculty for Rutgers University in NJ. She completed the General Management Program for Business at Harvard University.  She lives in Morristown with her three teenage sons.
