Kathleen Johnson, DNP, FNP, PMHNP, PMHS, FMAPS

Thursday

Kathleen Johnson, DNP, FNP, PMHNP, PMHS, FMAPS, known as “Dr. Kat,” is a specialized nurse practitioner and clinical director with Yellow Brick Clinic, an integrative ADHD, autism, and developmental behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, and young adults with neurodiversity and hypermobility syndromes in the Pacific Northwest.

Dr. Kat is triple board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS), and is a Fellow with the Medical Academy of Special Needs Pediatrics (MAPS). Yellow Brick Clinic is both an autism Center of Excellence and an Ehlers-Danlos Centers and Networks of Excellence provider.

Dr. Kat has expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating people with neurodiversity and loves integrating holistic options into care, diving deeper to find the root cause of challenges.

Her inspiration for all of this is her four “neuro-spicy” kids. Outside of her clinical work, she loves gardening in the Pacific Northwest and everything dark chocolate, and her happy song is “Mr. Blue Sky” by ELO.
