Sally K. Norton, MPH holds a nutrition degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Public Health from UNC-Chapel Hill. She is the author of the recently released book, Toxic Superfoods.
Her prior career included health professions education in the principles and practices of integrative medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and public health research design and administration at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her personal healing experience inspired years of research that led her to specialize in dietary oxalate toxicity.
